Estate & Property Services in New Hampshire
From the office in Plainfield: north to Hanover, east to the Sunapee lakes, and south along the river to Cornish.

Plainfield is home base. The office is on Croydon Turnpike in East Plainfield, and the New Hampshire towns I serve are laid out around it: Meriden and Cornish close by; Lebanon, Hanover and Enfield up the river and along I-89; Grantham, New London and Sunapee out toward the lakes.
The properties vary as much as the towns do: river farms, village houses, lake houses that open for the summer and close for the winter, and family homes that are lived in some months and empty in others. What they share is the need for one person who knows them well and answers for them.
New Hampshire
What I look after in New Hampshire
Estate Management
One accountable steward for the whole property: house, grounds, vendors, budgets and the calendar that ties them together.
IIConcierge Services
Arrivals prepared, the house stocked, packages received and trades met, for owners who split the year between New Hampshire and somewhere else.
IIIDaily Stewardship
Regular home-watch visits with photographs and a plain report, and the first call when a storm or a hard freeze comes through.
IVInfrastructure
Wells, pumps, septic, generators and solar managed as one system, and documented so the knowledge stays with the house.
VProblem Prevention
A maintenance calendar tuned to New Hampshire winters, and small repairs made while they are still small.
VIProject Coordination
Your representative on renovations, restorations and new building, from the first estimate to the as-built records.
Through the year
Lake houses and seasonal homes.
Around Lake Sunapee, Mascoma Lake and Eastman, much of the work follows the season a house is lived in.
Opening for the season
Water turned on and checked, systems started, and the house aired, cleaned and stocked before the first visit.
Boats, vehicles & equipment
Batteries tended, storage and service scheduled, so everything is ready the day you want it and protected when you don’t.
Through the summer
Grounds, landscape crews and deliveries coordinated around the weeks the family is in residence.
Closing for winter
Water systems winterized, the house secured, and a home-watch rhythm set for the months it stands empty.

Questions
Where are you based?
At 300 Croydon Turnpike in Plainfield, New Hampshire. From there I serve Meriden, Cornish, Lebanon, Hanover, Enfield, Grantham, New London and Sunapee, as well as the Vermont towns across the river.
Do you open and close seasonal and lake houses?
Yes. The house is opened, aired, warmed and stocked before you arrive, and secured, winterized and watched after you leave, with a home-watch visit on a set rhythm for as long as it stands empty.
Will you work with the contractors I already use?
Yes. Part of the initial assessment is a review of the vendors already working on the property. Good ones are kept and coordinated; where a trade is missing, I bring in the right specialist and supervise the work.
Every house is different. Tell me about yours.
Also serving Vermont, across the river.
